From all of us, thank you.
Chichester Fringe started as a direct response to the Covid pandemic in 2021.
Since then, countless people have shown their kindness, support, drive, passion and love; not just to us, but to our performers too. It has completely blown us away.
We're thrilled to have had so many people give up their time to help make #chifringe23 a roaring success. From our front of house and techies, to photographers and social media team, you are amazing. We salute you.

And of course, we must thank you.
Without you, our audience, we wouldn't have been able to create safe spaces for a brilliantly talented bunch of performers (weren't the class of '23 brilliant?!).
Without you, we wouldn't have been able to connect a community through theatre, comedy, music and more.
Without you, we wouldn't have given new venues in our beautiful city the chance to show off what they can do.
Without you, we couldn't have contributed to Chichester's rich arts history by injecting it with something fresh and exciting.
Without you, quite simply, Chichester Fringe wouldn't have happened. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

"What a fulfilling and amazing year. The turn out of audience and the passion from the performers has been incredible. I can't put it into words how proud we all are of this year's festival. See you next year!"
Katie Bennett, Director
"It’s been gratifying to see how the fringe has grown from small beginnings only 2 years ago and to have received some wonderful and encouraging feedback from audiences about what we’ve achieved."
Simon O'Hea, Director
"I have enjoyed hosting a diverse variety of productions which has been totally exciting! I love the challenge of supporting new shows and the laughter and joy of the audience."
Carol Webb, Director
We're only at the start of our journey. Keep an eye out for more Fringe events soon...
Which begs the question...
Shall we do it all again next year?
