About Kirsty
Kirsty is an award-winning writer and performer.
She has been described as “a smart character comic” (The Scotsman), “an excellent foil” (Metro) and “a wo-mann of many talents” (Not The Front Row). "Phenomenal character work" (Entertainment Now). “For an excellent hour of comedy, this really cannot be missed” (Bunbury Magazine). "Say it again, with bells on; this is Edinburgh Fringe at its best" (Ed Fest Mag). She wrote LADY BRENTLY’S END, a short film which was selected for 3 BAFTA-qualifying festivals, winning Best Screenplay at Exit 6 and the Chierici Prize at Reggio Film Festival. It was nominated for Best Comedy (Bolton International), Best Short Film (British Independent), Best Performance (Short Com), and was a Best British Film Finalist (Earl’s Court International). Kirsty was a Funny Women Awards finalist with her viral Mary Berry impression.
